The Challenge

The distributor closed deals in HubSpot but generated invoices manually in Xero. The finance team copied deal data by hand: client name, products, quantities, pricing, payment terms. Each invoice took 15-20 minutes.

Why This Was Not a Standard Project

Technix built a custom middleware using n8n that monitored HubSpot deal stage changes. When a deal moved to 'Closed Won,' n8n extracted all line item data, formatted it for Xero's API, created the invoice, and synced the invoice number back to the HubSpot deal record.
